Dr. Paul’s Prescription for Success:

Number 1: Be flexible. If things aren’t going according to your plan, learn how to roll with it and shift your mindset from the rigid prescribed path.

Number 2: Keep your eyes on the “big picture” and not the little ups-and-downs you encounter every day.

Number 3: Learn to delegate so you have the time to focus on the important aspects of your business.

Notable quotes from Dr. Paul’s interview:

I’m kind of a book person; that’s my comfort zone.
All these health care companies are being started and founded and run by non-physicians. And I thought why aren’t there more or more physicians doing that?
(on growing her first business) That’s how I knew it was the right thing for me to be doing because I felt like energized by it.
My favorite part is being able to pull the data and make decisions and produce content that is valuable, but also is going to rank well in Google and it’s going to drive actual conversions.
I thought about what does success mean? I think most people think about job title, promotions, or financial success, but I think it’s just being happy with where you are as being “success” and not necessarily compared to others.
I had a mentor at one point that had told me, you know, you should, you should only do what only you can do. And I don’t fully agree with that because I think you should only do what you can do, but also what you enjoy doing.
