4-week virtual coaching group coaching sessions for those awaiting results from Residency Interviews (Match). 4-week virtual coaching group coaching session dedicated to students awaiting Residency Interview Results. By the end of these sessions, I will be better able to respond to the residency match with self-compassion and optimism about the possibilities for my future. Questions we will consider together: What skills do I need to develop to navigate situations where I cannot control the results? How do I avoid self-judgment as I await the match results? How do I navigate my expectations and those of my family and peers? How do I cultivate the confidence and clarity to choose my response to the outcome of the match? Regardless of the outcome, how do I continue to explore a variety of options for my future?
